We use only the highest quality ingredients to maintain the integrity of the traditional Italian recipes. All of our sauces contain only imported extra virgin olive oil, farm fresh tomatoes never from a can and organic herbs. We are committed to using only 100% fresh and natural ingredients. Our pesto, for example is of the highest quality on the market with ingredients including: Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano and pine nuts. We never add sugar. Our sauces contain no added preservatives.

| Recipe Suggestions: Pesto is considered one of the oldest Italian recipes and can be eaten with meat or fish and in soups as well. It is traditionally eaten with any long cut fresh pasta. |
Genovese Cooking Instructions: Peel a potato, cut it into 1/2-inch pieces, and throw it into the water at the same time as the pasta. While the pasta is cooking, mix a 1/3 of the pesto sauce with 4 tablespoons of pasta cooking water. Don't completely drain the pasta (it has to be wet). Pour it into a bowl, add the sauce and mix well. Adjust the consistency with small amounts of water and add butter for enhanced flavor, if desired. |
